Kindness Confetti

John 15:12-15.  “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you”.

Reflection Excerpt:  God is hope for the hopeless, sight for the blind, movement for the lame.  In the scripture he implores us to love one another as he has loved us.

Action Excerpt:  For today, be a day changer for someone else

Dear God, Bathe me in humility and let me see what isn’t visible in others.  Hold my tongue from unhelpful words, my hands from obstructive actions.  Breathe in me hope for the hopeless and anoint me with the oil of courage to make this world better for at least one other.  Walking and living with a graceful Amen.
