Isaiah 43:1 “I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”
The Summons https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0aAkOe87mo
“Will you come and follow me If I but call your name? Will you go where you don’t know and never be the same? Will you let my love be shown, will you let my name be known, Will you let my life be grown In you and you in me?”
“Will you let me answer pray’r in you and you in me?”
“And admit to what I mean in you and you in me?
“Through my sight and touch and sound in you and you in me?”
“Thus I’ll move and live and grow in you and you in me.”
Action: The song asks, “And admit to what I mean in you and you in me?” How can you answer this question? Is it a new way to serve? Is it a new approach to a relationship? Is it a change in how you live? Is it aligning your actions in all areas of your life with your faith? How can you admit what God means in you and you in him?
Dear God, you have called us to be your body to the world. In these days of Advent reflection, call our hearts to you to find better ways to serve your people and allow the God in us to see the God in all……….Amen.
